We are a Community Interest Company that offer interactive, engaging and thought provoking cultural awareness training. Our aim is to encourage discussion and equip staff with the skills needed to work productively in culturally diverse environments. 

Social Care & Children's Services: 
Our cultural competence training for social care staff pinpoints and explores the challenges faced by Looked After Children of African and Caribbean heritage. As we consider identity and belonging, our care experienced led training provides an insight to the reality faced by children placed in homes and with families outside of their community. We understand, through lived experience, that having a strong sense of identity is key to our long-term wellbeing. Healthcare and other sectors: 
At Konnected, we work with services to improve awareness, as well as equip professionals with the skills needed in order to work effectively within a diverse workforce. Our training is interactive and discussion led, allowing staff to listen to and learn from the experiences of others within their organisation. We consider the organisational culture and the importance of creating a sense of belonging and togetherness in the workplace. The sessions include case studies in our training to really get the team thinking.
